Freelance OS

I built it for my freelance work: software that keeps my quotes, invoices and deadlines, and lets nothing leave my computer. It runs as a desktop app, with its database alongside.

The question: for how long?
In freelancing, the real question isn't “how much” but “for how long”. The interface's signature element is an age ruler: it places today between issue date and due date; past the due date, the cursor leaves the ruler and the overdue part is hatched. Burnt orange is reserved for money at risk: if you see it, something is waiting.
Three principles
Amounts are integer cents, rates are basis points: no floating-point number ever touches an accounting calculation.
The core logic knows nothing about the database or the network: pure TypeScript, tested in milliseconds.
AI is never a point of failure: if the model is missing, slow or off-contract, a local estimator takes over.
What it does
Pricing: describe a request, get a priced quote, with options.
Import of an existing PDF quote, options included.
PDF quotes and invoices, email sending and reminders (the preview is exactly what goes out).
Social charges schedule, contracts and time tracking, outstanding balance per client.
