After their training, Formation Detailing's trainees launch their own business. FD Pilot is the link with their coach: a space to set goals, track numbers and stay in touch, month after month. Separate from Detailing.fr, it connects to it when the trainee wants.

From the call to the action plan

The coach creates the account by pasting the transcript of the kick-off call. Claude turns it into a diagnosis, goals, milestones and KPIs: the trainee finds a space already filled in. For trainees on the Pro plan, a fuller monthly plan (three pillars, tasks, indicators) is generated the same way, reviewed by the coach, then imported.

Following without micromanaging

  • Goals, dated milestones and KPIs with targets: every target reached and every milestone completed triggers a celebration.

  • Weekly check-in (mood, win, blocker, focus) and monthly financial tracking.

  • Coach side: the whole cohort at a glance, trainees who need attention shown first.

  • Real-time messaging (Supabase Realtime) shared by the whole coaching team, with typing indicator and notifications.

A built-in calendar

Prospects book their audit straight from the home page. The slots on offer are computed from the coach's Google calendar (Calendar API, live availability, cached for one minute): you cannot book a slot that's already taken. Each request lands in the coach space, as a list or a calendar, and turns into a trainee account in one click, with the details pre-filled.

Reminders that run themselves

A scheduled job runs every morning: welcome check-in at day 7 and day 30, a Friday check-in reminder, a nudge after inactivity or missing month-end numbers, an alert when a milestone is due within three days. By email and in the app, according to the trainee's preferences.

Design and shipping

A “bento” interface: very rounded cards, soft shadows instead of borders, gentle status colours, Radio Canada Big for headings and numbers, Plus Jakarta Sans for text, in Formation Detailing's colours.

Hosted on Vercel, database schema versioned as SQL migrations, scheduled job declared in the repository. Trainees can link their Detailing.fr account (OAuth).
